A l\u2019\u00e9clair violent de ta face divine,
\nN\u2019\u00e9tant qu\u2019homme mortel, ta c\u00e9leste beaut\u00e9
\nMe fit go\u00fbter la mort, la mort et la ruine
\nPour de nouveau venir \u00e0 l\u2019immortalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Ton feu divin br\u00fbla mon essence mortelle,
\nTon c\u00e9leste m\u2019\u00e9prit et me ravit aux Cieux,
\nTon \u00e2me \u00e9tait divine et la mienne fut telle :
\nD\u00e9esse, tu me mis au rang des autres dieux.<\/p>\n

Ma bouche osa toucher la bouche cramoisie
\nPour cueillir, sans la mort, l\u2019immortelle beaut\u00e9,
\nJ\u2019ai v\u00e9cu de nectar, j\u2019ai suc\u00e9 l\u2019ambroisie,
\nSavourant le plus doux de la divinit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Aux yeux des Dieux jaloux, remplis de fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie,
\nJ\u2019ai des autels fumants comme les autres dieux,
\nEt pour moi, Dieu secret, rougit la jalousie
\nQuand mon astre inconnu a d\u00e9guis\u00e9 les Cieux.<\/p>\n

M\u00eame un Dieu contrefait, refus\u00e9 de la bouche,
\nVenge \u00e0 coups de marteaux son impuissant courroux,
\nTandis que j\u2019ai cueilli le baiser et la couche
\nEt le cinqui\u00e8me fruit du nectar le plus doux.<\/p>\n

Ces humains aveugl\u00e9s envieux me font guerre,
\nDressant contre le ciel l\u2019\u00e9chelle, ils ont mont\u00e9,
\nMais de mon paradis je m\u00e9prise leur terre
\nEt le ciel ne m\u2019est rien au prix de ta
