Nacelle abandonn\u00e9e,
\nErrante comme moi,
\nAvec ta destin\u00e9e !
\nTu n\u2019entra\u00eenes que toi :
\nQue t\u2019importe l\u2019orage,
\nLibre jouet des vents ?
\nMoi je crains le naufrage ;
\nJ\u2019emporte mes enfans !<\/p>\n

J\u2019ai vu la voile sombre
\nQui t\u2019enl\u00e8ve du port ;
\nEt j\u2019ai pleur\u00e9 de l\u2019ombre
\nO\u00f9 s\u2019enferme ton sort ;
\nMais aux vents d\u00e9chir\u00e9e,
\nElle s\u2019\u00e9gare en vain ;
\nCette voile est sacr\u00e9e,
\nEt son but est divin !<\/p>\n

Sur la route attrist\u00e9e
\nO\u00f9 s\u2019envolaient mes jours,
\nPar un charme arr\u00eat\u00e9e,
\nJe crus l\u2019\u00eatre toujours :
\nDu sort la folle envie,
\nVers de lointaines mers
\nPousse encor de ma vie
\nLes flots toujours amers !<\/p>\n

Doucement captiv\u00e9e
\nAu bord d\u2019un nid de fleurs,
\nSur ma jeune couv\u00e9e
\nJ\u2019ai ri de mes douleurs ;
\nEt l\u2019on trouvait des charmes
\n\u00c0 mes chants d\u2019autrefois ;
\nMais ma voix a des larmes,
\nEt j\u2019ai peur de ma voix !<\/p>\n

Nacelle fugitive
\n\u00c9chapp\u00e9e \u00e0 ce bord,
\nUne immuable rive
\nDoit nous rejoindre encor :
\nL\u00e0, les voiles amies,
\nCalmes dans leurs d\u00e9bris,
\nReposent endormies
